Classical statuettes on three shelves at Lacock Abbey

Location: Lacock Abbey

The top row holds a bust of Minerva, a classical urn with a head of Medusa, a bust of the poet Matthew Prior, and a figurine of a child.

The middle row holds a bust of Venus (actually Susanna), a full-figure portrait of Shakespeare, "Eve at the Fountain" by Baily, a bust of Napoleon, and a bust of Antinous.

The bottom row holds a figurine of a woman, a bust of a child, the Apollo Belvedere, a headless Venus, a Venus Pudica, a bust of child, and a figurine of a woman.

The photograh was taken out of doors as the facade of Lacock Abbey is just visible, glimpsed behind the top of the dark backdrop.
